I saw that on tv when it aired. Well if Cramer is “bullish” on Dominos then it is official now. Dominos did the right thing. But I would be curious to see a sales report in a few months.

My local Domino’s in Chicago still makes the old style pizza and keeps mum about it. I ordered several medium pizzas and they were the new, delicious ones. When I ordered large pizzas, they came in the nasty old version. The manager tried to give me the runaround but finally admitted that by default, he makes large pizzas the old way. I think is a very serious problem and Domino’s should look into it.

My husband and I were big fans of Domino’s old pizza, so when I heard they were changing it I was a bit nervous. The first one we got was so different from what I was used to that I couldn’t decide if I liked it or not. We tried it again and the second time the pizza was so soaked in butter that I decided I was done with Domino’s and would be sticking with Pizza Hut. Then, last night we decided to give it another try. And it was the BEST pizza I’ve had in a long time! I believe this last pizza was what Dominos was aiming for with thier new pizza because it was truly fantastic. I hope they get their quality control issues solved though, because I plan to keep ordering and I hope they all taste like the pizza I had last night!!

We tried the new Domino’s pizza a few weeks ago and shared it with the in-laws. The unanimous opinion was bring back the old version. The garlic and butter on the crust is overwhelming and it is disgustingly greasy. It made it difficult to determine if the sauce tasted any different or better than the original. You need non-stop breath mints and mouthwash for days after eating it. Living in a very rural area is going to make it difficult to find another place for our pizza delivery but it won’t be the new and improved Domino’s.

I loved the old Domino’s pizza. The hand tossed crust had a good flavor. The sauce had a good flavor. The new pizza sauce is way tooo spicy. I had heartburn for 2 days because of all the spice. The new crust tasted like cardboard. Bring back the old sauce!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend & I finally ordered the new Dominos pizza the other night & I have to say we were blown away! We have eaten the old pizza in the past but usually just because it was late at nite & they delivered or as drunk food (anything tastes good when ur drunk). The new crust was phenomenal, not greasy in the slightest do I don’t know what other ppl are talking about. The garlic flavor was perfect, not over done at all. As for the sauce, it was the best Improvement they could have made. A little zing but not overpowering. The people who are complaining that it is too spicy must eat cardboard on a regular basis. Take a pepcid & get over it!!!! To sum it up, the boyfriend & I are some pretty serious snobs when it comes to food & when we were finished eating our new Dominos pizza he said “I can believe that there is a chain pizza in my top 3 favorites!”, and I totally agree. Thank u Dominoes for making a great change!!

I had the new Dominoes Pizza tonight for the first time. I loved it. I thought it was really different from the old style and very tasteful. The provolone cheese really popped for me and the garlic brushed crust is awesome. The Ingrediants seemed fresh and higher quality. I had Papa Johns pizza last week and was actually disgusted and could not eat it. The dog would not even eat the Pappa John’s pizza and she will eaat anything.
